I know there is somthing on ksrc about this but i couldnt find it.What i need to know with these numbers ar they original for the bike /frame ect.

too far apart to be original motor/frame combo mate. Normally you can consider engine & frame numbers to be *matching* if they are within 300 of each other - give or take a few .
