Copying from a previous topic...
Anyone up for a challenge...my leathers have shrunk to a point where I can hardly get them on.
Besides it's cheaper for me to loose weight that increase the 9's power or strip weight off it..

It's on...
Starting weight 97Kg - I might have added a few since I stopped BMX racing & I really don't want to reach 100!
Target weight - 83Kg - by the Christmas trackday

That's about my target too...so no milk or bread and near 'normal' portion size.
Hardest is milk, I have been drinking about 1.5 - 2lts a day.
Have promised myself a roo leather suit if I make it.

Down to 84kg & hovering

I'm going to have to do some running or gym work to move in the right direction.

How's it going Laidback? Doing well? Cutting back on the milk?
I'm on the same path as you and unsurprisingly (for this forum), my personal reward is also a new set of leathers!

Have lost 5kg despite a week of backsliding....massive feed of roast lamb and a couple of nights pissed...
But back on track now...the 9 needs another 20Kw before the Crissy track day...
