I'm officially old now apparently,as we sold our wrx and bought a liberty wagon..... Lucky we got the GT so I'm not to old...lol
Have liberty wagon - Old

Done some old rd laps it was fun, gave Glen on his 10 and my dad in his 911 a run for their money

All my friends have been telling me since my son was born five years ago that I would be selling the rexy to get a family wagon. So they where all saying I'm finally an old family man with a wagon.
Half of them probably don't realize the GT would probably give the wrx a run. Especially since I've had it tuned. Got a extra 30kw at the wheels

Haha yeh mine was for 5 years but it is just too small unfortunately.
Plus the missus was starting to get sick of the zorst on it. So I'll leave this fairly standard other than the tune and maybe a new dump pipe for another 30kw.
If your wanting it tuned I've used a bloke I'm very happy with and it's just a flash tune.

looks pretty nice Joe, we have two Subarus ourselves, both a little more boring than yours though!

Matt the thing that sold me wasn’t that it looked good ( I think a lot better in the flesh )
But the handling, ride & that its rear wheel drive, it’s a lot better than a Impreza RS and I thought that was not bad for a standard non sports car.

so what is the difference between the subaru and the toyota?
Greenblood wrote:Bogan wrote:What's the difference between this and the Toyota? Badges?
There are subtle differences in the interior, tacho face is different, suspension is stiffer brakes are bigger than the GT Toyota
I am also going with the Leather/Alcantera seats rather than cloth
Answered.
Ok the real question - why choose the Subaru over the Toyota?

or the Hyundai Veloster turbo - apart from being Front WD (and a hyundai)....

It's got a full size spare alloy wheel & the Toyota only gets a puncture repair kit
I didn't want a integrated nav unit that is standard in the GTS
It's got free servicing for the first 60K
