Our current modem doesn't have it's wireless section working and since we are paying for it as well we need it, get a replacement from them, one that works.
So far does that seem like a complicated affair to anyone here?
I've had the pleasure of talking to Tony, he couldn't hear me, I could hear him having a chat in the background, so I've called back selected my ever important selection of options and hooked up with Anne, who listened to my request, then asked me to hold on while she'll direct me to the best department which will be able to help. After a :while" I had a great fortune of getting Anna on the line, who informs me that they can replace it, but there be a charge.
I said something like f@rk that, I'm paying for your equipment & service every month and I paying 100% of each bill, so it's only fair that I get equipment which works 100% as well.
Anna couldn't handle the heat, so put me onto Maria from billing who also find my no nonsense approach a bit harsh, so now I'm waiting on Maarish, an indian sounding guy, who also said they will charge me since it's out of the 12 months vintage.... He went away talking to a supervisor to see what can be done
He got back on line after about 10 minutes (about three tracks of elevator music), to say he ordered the modem for us and we'll receive it in a couple of days.
So why did we have to waist so much time and go through so much aggravation to get what we pay for?
