Brake fluid works well, but it will desolve any gaskets or plastics on your TB. While you are waiting have a Jim Beam. Brake fluid also cleans rust off tools. Let it soak for a couple of days.

I found the solution, thanks to Steve S. After heating it up to 50 degrees in the oven I was able to move the valves, I have been repeating the procedure of heating, lubing and it is slowly getting better and better.....

I hope I will be able to get it to a useable state (I could ride with it now, but it wouldnt be safe) so it snaps back to closed, I certainly appear to be making progress..
