Ok, here's the thing

Fact: medicine tastes like shit, well most of them
Question: why?

We have put man on the Moon more than 40 years ago, so why don't we have mocha-chino tasting aspirin etc ?

Our dog developed pneumonia thus needing to swallow some liquid twice a day.
The vet told us it tastes foul, so no wonder Hugo runs as soon as he sees us with it in our hands.

Dogs medicine should taste like Hungarian salami.

Why do businesses lie on the phone to get you in their shop...

Had some scrap steel lying around so instead of paying to take it to the tip I decided to take it to a scrap metal guy.
Rang a couple to get the lowdown on prices and decided on the best price...as you do...
When I got there he was 'busy' so had to unload by hand...no biggie as it wasn't that much although he said that he would use a magnet thingy.

Anyway after I go and get weighed after unloading he comes out with $22...says as it was under half a ton (380kg which I had told him it was a small trailer load between 1/4 and 1/2 tonne) he only gave $60 not $100 a ton. When I complained he said that that was the price if I didn't like it I could reload and take my stuff elsewhere.

I took my money, told him that I would be taking the aluminium and copper to someone else and left.

No big $ but why lie...

On the radio they were advertising a chemist who flavours up medicine.Think they were aiming it at kids, but i feel your pain.If i hear the ad again i'll post the locale up.

I didnt rego my road bike last Oct, Couldnt afford the green slip $402 (other bills due)

Was going to do it after christmas, price drop on green slips after Jan 1st. So I waited a little longer & called for a quote last week.

FMD its gone up $50 to $455. I hate to think what it must have been in Dec.

Its staying off the road a little longer.
