:? Well I never said I knew everything, I did say I was happy to learn from people who know there shit, thats all. I am still learning things about riding after 38 years of it mate.......The forum is a great place to learn things, if you would prefer to simply sit back and shoot holes in people arguments then go for it, but expect plenty of flack in return. Your initial reply post set the tone mate.

BTW any idea of an answer to the question ?

Fabio, baby - Was that EC time on your 12 or the R1 ? Can't you feel the love ???

I can feel the love "Praise the Lord"

As the bike industry improves technology we all benefit
I notice over the years, the use of after market units appears to be diminishing as the OEM products are improving so much, and the Tweaking of these products is more economical to the average rider than the purchase of high performance after market products. Which they will never truly receive the benefit of :?:
These products really only improve rider confidence.
So to cut through the discussion any modification that improves your confidence is a bonus regardless of who does it

The outcome was the forks in my 1995 model race bike have high and low speed compression and rebound adjustment, but they look stock externally. The fun bit is only the logical people have worked out how it was done to a bike that didn't have it as standard without changing the forks.

As for how they work, check out my last race report on it. I think I started 12th or worse and finished 3rd from memory. The forks are like sex on your hands. :D

My trackie was an '03 and had the standard stuff revalved/resprung and it worked very well. If it's for a road bike or just for doing trackdays that's all you need.

As for the thread, just like the ZZR1200 thread this one brings the lolz. There was certainly no love lost between Neilp and Madfab; and Gos and Strika.

The real question is: Whats faster at Phillip Island? a 1000cc kwak with OEM suspension? or a 600cc kwak with OEM suspension? is it a hp track?
what does Kevin Curtain think?
