All you need is a set of 120 main jets stick the needle in the middle & see how that goes. 96 to 128 is a huge gap. 120 would be my starting point, Dynojet jets are no different to any others.
Stick it on a dyno & see what the AFR ratio is & that will show you which way you need to go. Any tuner worth his salt, can work out within a bee's dick what main you need & what clip setting..

Mate got to your local bike shop with your jets in hand, & ask if you can swap them for the size you think you need, they will probably do that if you are on good terms with them. I know mine would & has done it a few times for me. When I had my FZR1000 racebike on the dyno, it was way out, so he told me what I needed, & just swapped me for mine. He didnt have the size I had, & had the size I needed so deal done. Dyno time paied & that was it. ;)

big differences between the numbers used between Dynojet jets, Mikuni jets & Keihin jets mate.......eg - 120 Mikuni mains are the equivalent of 128 Dynojet mains. This table might help old mate get his jetting sorted ?

I fitted a Dynojet kit on the 1200S about 9 months ago, and followed the recommended settings: mix screws 1.5 turns out, needle on 4th groove, 2 washers on top of needle, 90 mains (I have OEM headers and Yoshi muffler with a bit of the baffling removed, K&N filter in standard airbox, 4 deg. advancer). Found straight away that mix screws should be 2.75 turns out. Bike ran better than ever, and used less fuel than ever. However, it had a slight miss at around 5000 rpm (I guess where the main jet takes over).
Today I adjusted a bit, putting one of the washers under the needle clip, one above, changing mains to 94s. Even better, no miss, even stronger acceleration! This bike now has 105,000km on the clock, and is as good as they day I bought it.

Ive got a factory pro kit in my zrex1200 with the rear of airbox removed and a big pod type filter (stage 3 kit),
130mains on the two inner cyls 128 on outer cyls needles on 4th clip, 38 pilot jets as per instructions on
jet kit only other mod is remus pipe, it has been checked on dyno and all good, it runs spot on from idle right
up to top end and pulls like 15 year old boy on speed,
hope this is of some help to you.
