Trying to sync the throttle vacuum and balance the throttle bodys on a ZX10R 05, but can't see the screws even with a mirror, has anyone taken a photo of these?
I don't want to start to turn the wrong ones.

your best bet would be take the air box off to do it but leave the air sencer connected.just take the air sencer out of the airbox.

Thanks, I've located them. I found that number 1 T/B is very slow to respond on the vacuum gauge, so do not know if I'm getting a correct reading,
I found a lot more resistance when I suck/blow down the line into the T/B compered to the others.
How do I clean it out? maybe with a syringe filled with petrol or a bike pump with a football valve? Any suggestions? fishing line, It's a very small hole.
Number 2 T/B bypass screw makes no difference when turn it or out.

Thanks Maxumis
What I did was place a paper towel down the T/B bore and connect a tube over the vacuum nozzel then pored some
methylated spirits down the tube to soak for a bit, then I screwed a football valve onto a bicycle pump shoved that into the tube,
gave it a few pumps, removed the paper towel, blockage all cleared.
Managed to sync the T/B, what a difference it made quieter, very smooth on/off the throttle, more power down low and noticed it doesn't pop so much going hard off the gas no more flames.
Ready for Eastern Creek in September.
