New rider from Newcastle

Postby Olly_fergo » Wed Jul 13, 2011 10:53 am

Hi guys my names olly, I'm a reasonably new rider in Newcastle. I ride a Kawasaki er-5 (not really a superbike but thought I join anyway). Really enjoying riding although I'm not riding due to a wrist injury (due to the bike)

New rider from Newcastle

Postby Olly_fergo » Wed Jul 13, 2011 4:03 pm

The story behind the wrist is a guy cut me of through town a couple of months ago and I braked a bit to hard ( inexperience) and laid the bike and the ground. The doctor original sent me home thinking I was trying to get drugs, went back after 2 months of a sore hand and turns I had a broken scaphoid and needed surgery :(, or I could make up a cool story like I was doing a triple back flip or something if you prefer, also on a side note does anyone know of any local panel beaters that are good at fixing up fuel tanks?
