In the Clutch lever I transferred the sleeve across, it's just a tolerance issue why there us some lateral slop.
The reason I don't have the brake lever in is that it did exactly the same thing the guy with the gixxer did except mine was gradual. Fitted them went for my test ride everything was perfect for a few stops then the brakes started clamping down. A bit bemused and chatting to Glen on the phone we decided must be the lever (had done a bleed at the same time to add to the confusion) Had to borrow a spanner from a local, removed the lever to release the pressure and rode home. Got home and investigated turns out there's a steel insert which the master cylinder piston sits in and it wasn't drilled deep enough. Busted the drill out drilled it deeper went for another test ride with spanner in pocket and thought I'd fixed it then I got a hint of it clamping down again. Rode home took it off put the stocker back on and haven't touched it since can't be assed.... Maybe one day, but I learnt my lesson and will probably jump on some pazzos or similar one day if anything, doesn't give me a lot of confidence that something as important as a brake lever is finished with such a lack of attention to detail.
Come to think of it I should put the stock clutch lever back on, but I do like the feel of the pazzo rip off.
