I'm happy he got suspended for 4 days. Also happy he fought back and came out the winner.
And I'm really happy the other kid got suspended for 20 days, but more happy he got totally owned... all over the internet too!
And I'm *really* happy there was no video of me when I was in school!

mmm just interviewed Caseys Dad & he copped heaps at home, had everything taken from him cept pen & paper to write letters of apology...... seems the families know each other & both kids are meant to be good kids..... shows what the parents know

Only a matter of time before he's on Sunrise/Today tonight etc etc

WOW!!
He took a couple of good punches to the face and still brought the smack down

I wonder how many of that little kids friends were there behind him for him to show off for? Instead of coming out like a big bad bully he's been busted down to being nothing more than a little bitch. If Casey had wanted to, or if he had really lost control, he could have absolutely demolished that kid.
I'm not condoning what he did, i'm just admiring the absolute POWAAAAH!!
I don't often take part in viral video phenomena especially on facebook but i'm posting this shit up.

Most parents have NFI what their kids get up to at school.
I don't think he should have got 4 days. He was pressured into it and only did enough to get the bully to stop so it's a simple case of self defence in my book. Unfortunately, the guidelines for suspension require him to be suspended for violence, just like the guidelines prevent schools from doing anything about bullying until it's happened a few times or the victim reacts and causes an actual conflict.

Too late! Made the Today show this morning.. and the media (of course) is having a field day..
All the "Pro's" saying the school is farked for letting it go so far and that the bigger kids should have told a teacher blah blah, in the same breath as saying it appears he's been bullied for a long time! SO if he couldnt get help WTF was he sposed to do?
Anyway.. when they flicked back to other tv presenters for debate most supported the big guys actions..
Just deserts I reckon.. If the little farker can still think, im quite sure he will reassess his actions next time..
I wouldnt mind smacking the holder of the phone too!

I know I'm going to be seen as a downer but he's lucky the little kid didn't land on his head he could have killed him.
Sad state of affairs all around I reckon

If you are going to think that way then you could also say that the bully is lucky that he didn't land those punches to the head well, a punch to the temple could of killed him!
