If its any help mine made 29.6rwhp @ 10000rpm & 17ft-lb of torque @ 6000rpm with an AFR of 12.6.1, mods; full Area P exhaust system + K&N air filter; Fuel BP Ultimate
Which is on par with what the seppo's are making with identical mods, with jetting + de-snorkel mod they are seeing numbers of 31-34rwhp.
If I was to keep the bike I would probably venture down that path, however since I am coming off restrictions in july, doesn't seem feasible.

BF picked it up from http://www.repairmanual.com/ along with a factory manual for his GSX-R 750 1991 - the online copies for that are shittier than the bike!
(It's about the fourth link on the first google page for "repair manual Ninja 250R")
