The store owner / franchisee is like most of us trying to make a dollar. If in an area it attracts more business why not? Punchbowl kfc would have to be one of the busiest in Oz! No harm no foul...

Agreed. He is probably of school age or just past. Lack of maturity etc The store owner will have a better idea of his staff. We dont actually know anything about this bloke apart from seeing this tanty. He will learn from it, be embarrased and hopefully grow past it. If not he wont get many job opportunities down the track I suppose. But really watching one video is like reading the paper. There's always another side to a story but only a certain angle is ever represented.

None of us were there we don't know the full story, all we can see is the dude angry maybe the customer who was filming did something just as bad for him to react that way.

That's exactly the point, being a multicultured country we accept cultural differences from a multitude of races/religions/traditions
Any chain of food stores are entitled to cater for any person and to have a separate hot plate so halal is kept in tact is not a big ask.
However employing a single minded knuckle dragging neanderthol who is disrespectful to others " being the Customer" who don't share his views is acceptable I DON'T THINK SO.

Yes I have been to the U.K and have cock relatives there & I have seen the problems they endure, we as westerners always attempt to appease the masses...majority & minority alike this however should be reciprocated " it's not".
