I have a sticky throttle .... How fix can I? Replace cable must I?

tru lubing the cale as well as making sure both cables have the right tension.

If it hurts, you aren't doing it right.

Use some silicon spray/lubricant (NOT GREASE!) between the clip on and the throttle.
