The Hagon shocks are really good quality, and cheaper than the IKON's. IKON shocks for a Z1000 are nudging $500 a pair these days

- where the Hagons are still only around $350 a pair. There is nothing wrong with the quality of the Hagon shocks at all. Personally I think they are better than the IKON shocks.....
A set of Marzocchi shocks that need a rebuild

- is there any other type of Marzocchi shocks ?? These shocks were an improvement over the OEM shocks back in the 70's and early 80's - but not by much. They never lasted very long before the seals started to leak, and a rebuild was needed. 5000km down the track - rebuild them again.......and again.........and yet again. Gowanloch Motorcycles used to rebuild these, but I think most places gave them up as a bad joke around the end of the 80's. They are definitely not worth spending the coin on to get rebuilt.
