Plenty of us have em, either Riflemans or home made from PVC tube (same thing).. (I think we still have some PVC tube left.. )
Pretty easy, just mill out the nibs in the throttle housing and make sure you have made the cables long enough.
I had to cut the plastic adjusters of the 10r cables to get the extra couple of mm so I had some throttle play..

yep, watch that throttle free-play. When I fitted a Rifleman's insert into AussieNinja's 10R, the freeplay was reduced to SFA. About a poofteenth of a millifart....

yep as Dave said very easy install.
It may be tricky to find the spot again where the throttle snaps back again. Just have patience and adjust the housing up and down until you find it.

i'll keep playing with it until it's 100% i can't stand things being rough can't wait to get it i herd its the thing to do just have to get yoose to the quicker throttle reaction

they are easier to install on the 12R, because the throttle-cable adjusters are both down the side, and easy to get to. The 10R's are a pain in the arse, because one of the adjusters is under the bloody airbox !!!
