Go Panza and Wasabi!!!
You'll notice after a while you'll never get up from behind your desk.... I wonder if this is good practice for iron butt riders????
Make sure after a while you force yourself to get up and have a break - wether it be by making a tea/coffee.. or just going for a walk...
Keep fighting the demons Panza!!!! You WILL win!
Sulli, You remeber the actual time you had your last drag??

Yes I did plan it had done about 6 quit courses over the previous years to no avail but had set as a goal I did not want to be a smoker by the time I reached 50 any one in their right mind would not take up smoking with the information available these day's
Just resist the "only one" syndrome the craving will pass
And the time of the last drag was 8.pm Sunday nite I was the crankiest prick at work for the next 2 weeks
