Going good here too Frog, 4 wks down an getting easier. Still get the mad craving every now and then but it goes once I distract myself with something else

Dont say or think "I'm giving up smoking"; that implies a "process" that may include having a puff, and ultimately failure.
Get a pair, and say: "I am a non smoker"! end of story. It is as simple as that.

Ok, i am working long hours at a workplace that doesnt allow smoking, so I have severly cut down to about 15 a day.
Working on it slowly.
Good going to the people that have managed it well
