Have you got a link, or a thread title? I found your pics again from around a year ago but the bike is probably different from then.
No worries, found it!

Well, nice looking Zed, love the bar end mirrors i am considering them although adds to width for white line lane ( i commute kurrajong to city daily, when bike is going

soon

). The dash is trippy. I still like twin pipes though.
Real nice though

Did a nice little mod today. Made up an alloy bracket to relocate the horn to just above the oil filter. Stock wiring reaches it too, so no electrical mods.

Thanks guys.
I have an idea to make up some pollished stainless sheet to go behind the 3 holes on each radiator side cover to add some depth and to bring some subtle chrome effect towards the front of the bike. Any opinions?
It will go well with a pollished stainless Metisse radiator guard I also have on order.

I added all of the carbon fibre parts today. Will post more photos when I get a chance. Other than the rad guard it is pretty much finished... except for the riding part!

Nice Z, i'd like to add some mods to my Z1000 also, was after a belly pan and hugger (colour orange) where did you get yours from?
Tue Jun 01, 2010 8:53 pm
Different models. Mine is an 04 and comes standard with the hugger. The belly pan is from a guy in Lithuania. It was a bit rough as delivered, needing a little work done by the painters, and the brackets did not fit so well and needed slight mods to fit. Otherwise it looks OK in person.
