i'm still clean... sleeping much better.. and have taken up new addiction of going to the gym. (to fill the extra time i would usually sit around with a ciggie and a coffee or a ciggie and wine.)

Cold turkey is great, once you arrived to the stage that you hate the habit for whatever reason(s) it's relativelly easy to kick it in the arse for good.
Both, Joy and I have kicked it back in 1997, she has been smoking for about 10 years, 'I've been for about 25.

Today, looking back don't understand why I ever been such a goose as to smoke.

Good thing no-one knows me ..... because i would be scared of the metal or wooden object.!!!.. apart form the fact i'm not going to be weak and take it up again so it doens't really matter!

Yeah those cravings are huge, almost would walk barefoot over broken glass to get a smoke thats how powerful they are

The usual craving times are after dinner, morning coffee, deep in thought at work, just coz and others smoking etc

So far so good but it aint easy at all


Now I will be saving mega $$$$ a year (like $7k ) I will be flying sooner rather than later as long as I loose weight, or at least be on a brand new bike (good incentive)

And as mentioned above I wont taste like an ash tray or raisins for that matter, so look out all you's girls

Check out the Nicorette mini lozenger thingies Jonno ... they come in a small blue flip top container, bout the size of a tic tac box ... Ive always got it in my pocket and have saved me multiple times in the past week .. and dont taste like a dirty ashtray like that friggin gum does.
