funny man Felix ;)
The ZX2R is key started.

you are new to bikes arent u??
ok..lets get a few things cleared up early in ur bike life, so u dont cop heaps of shit off these clowns....
1.when a bike has a key, its USSUALLY a ELECTRIC start-the key doesnt start the bike (like it does on a car), tho without the key, u CANT start it.

2.JUMP starting is what u do when u hook up an alternate battery to ur vehicle-ussually via jumpers leads, extremely thick coat hangers, or bretts legs.

3. some race bikes have no ignition system on them at all, so they have to be ROLL started.

4. the bikes u have to jump up & down on are called "KICK" start..ussually trail bikes & 2 strokers (rgv/nsr/tzr/kr1s etc)

here ends lesson 1 in bike terminology....

they're all key start.. It's a 4 Stroke (4 Cyclinder) not a 2 Stroke...

which means more reliable, no oil in fuel, no smoke.. well we'd hope no smoke prior to purchasing.

There are also the neka starts. that is when u jump on the bike, start it and crash it.

try to keep away from them.
