2 weeks ago i weighed 96kg, now im at 94kg AND FIT INTO THE LEATHERS!!! :kuda:

Still doesnt close properly at the bottom... 8)

Another 600gm lost this week.

96.7kg's

Slowly getting there.

Back at the gym so hopefully i'll start to tone and the fat loss will take over rather than the weight loss.

Still aiming for less than 95kg's though.

ok started taking horse tablets, so ill do that for a week and start running after that.

lol ok had a very slow week, so im off the diet this weekend, first a monster & tequila, and now some extra drys. yummy.

Too much chicken kiev and Thai curry and not enough exercise.

Is everyone ok to have the winner announced at the December trackday / party?
I don't like the term insane - I prefer mentally hilarious!

This has been a week off, crook and bludging and living off pizza!
Back to my exercise regime on Monday - so I'll probably start putting weight on again :?

no change but thats better then gaining. now just have to get over the flu and i should be right to start exercising.

started doing situps crunchs and pushups again...... lol damn im out of shape, could only get about 80 pushups, and 60 situps and 80 crunchs b4 i crashed hahaha

I put mine on for the first time in twelve months today and boy have they shrunk while hanging in the wardrobe!!! :oops:

I forgot to post up last week. Last week was no change, still at 105. This week down 1 to 104. Pretty happy, but looking forward to nudging down below 100.
