Over 1 million aussies attended AFL games this year, that might indicate *just a little bit* that plenty of Aussies love their sport, in particular the AFL. Its a great game to watch (unless you are a Tigers supporter), its an even better game to play (even if its just for your local team)....
Its the Greatest Game of All, its Aussie Rules - and to not understand or appreciate this - is totally un-Australian !!!
Go the Saints. They deserve this win more than the purse-carrying nancy boys from Garylong.....
It might be slightly better than league, but the game is still a far far cry from the greatest game of all.
And it's a little weird calling a game football when there's 1000x more contact with the hands than the feet.
It's exclusively Australian though, I'll give you that much. I don't think any other country in the entire world plays it. That's how great it is!
