What can I say? He performs a valuable community service by keeping me supervised!

I have an inmportant meeting on Friday that clashes with a potential Putty loop run. What should I do?

There is no possibility that the meeting is more important that a Putty run. However, you used the cramps excuse last week and it may be noticed that you have a suspiciously irregular cycle. I suggest trading in some of your brownie points with Naydeen and beg her to call in on your behalf - with how slack you are, you really need to have a convincing excuse. Naydeen will let them know you are in day surgery after an unfortunate fall in the shower while you were shaving your legs - it's very scary how easy it is to land on odd objects when falling in the shower.

If it's the time of the month - go with the premium dark chocolate. If there's a chance of getting lucky tonight, share some squares of Cadbury chocolate and a few strawberries to close the deal. If you're on your own, head to the servo and grab a couple of Mars bars. Or an Aero bar if you're a homo
