Greetings fellow bikers

Hey there,

I am what is commonly referred to as the "Newbie". Some of you may have met me at Eastern Creek on Sunday (what an awesome day that was!!) A HUGE thanks to everyone who made me feel so welcome.
My name is Yvette and I live in the Newcastle area. I have been riding for a few months and I got my license with Dizzi and ijuschill who are my Best Friends in the whole world and I am honored to have them in my life!! (they introduced me to this site)
I currently ride a Suzuki 250 Across (please don't hate me) which I got for a steal and couldn't pass up for a first bike. At this point I have only been on a real road a few times and I really want to "get it right" so to speak before jumping on anything bigger or newer. My fiance and I are both riders, but we share the bike at the moment which is a pain in the butt and often means he has to follow me in the car when I want to ride. (I'm still a virgin at riding on my own). I'm really eager to learn and gain more confidence so any tips and advice is more than welcome.

Please feel free to drop me a line if you're in my area and want a buddy to ride with but bear in mind that I'm green (no pun intended) and need patience. I look foward to meeting more of you soon and chatting with you all.
