I don't think Beginner's would be before Pre-Learners - but having said that,
www.stayupright.com.au/nsw.htm don't list either of them on their website, so can't be sure.
Give them a call and ask.
FWIW most don't really need a separate course to get their L's - it's a 2 day gig to get them, they give you plenty of practice and instruction, and the test to pass is normally pretty easy after that.
Where the 'beginner' courses come in handy is if your really unsure of yourself for the P's test, or if you want more practice after having done the P's test (which is never a bad thing).
