Studying @ Macquarie Uni library....cold, smelly, full of sick people (literally)
Anyone wanna join me?

Studying @ QUT library in Brisbane. Evil place. Evil. Fruit rots when you bring it on campus. You have to drink black coffee, because white coffee curdles as soon as it's exposed to the breath of university. My sandwich bit ME. There are students walking around half an inch above the ground, with their eyes rolled back in their heads and black flames shooting from their lips. Whilst passing the student services desk, I think I saw an admin lady punch into a student's chest and rip out his still-beating heart, laughing.
I could be wrong about all this, I haven't been sleeping much lately, what with trying to get my assignments done. I don't think I'm mistaken though...
I'm with you in spirit

At the moment??? I'd love to go back to uni days. The simplicity of life and time you spent with friends having fun is something you will long for once you join the real world and take on more responsibilities. Yeah the studying and having no money sucked but the lifestyle was worth the small sacrifice of lectures, assignments and exams. Enjoy the time you are there as it doesn't last forever and you will miss it when it's gone.

Well my job is easy and the money is good =) i just wish i had more sleep and life would be fine. Trying to struggle all this and having a family is the toughest.

there is nothing good about uni. i have no life, I have no time for a motorcycle, I can't believe people actually enjoy this. Must be an undergrad thing, the whole student lifestyle... no sign of it here

Uni as a mature student isn't so good - I was 27 when I enrolled on my BA. I already owned a house and has two kids, but I was so motivated to work to get the qualification I so wanted that I forgot to party. Seriously, the very first party I went to was after the final exam (Media Law). I worked 12 hours Saturday and 12 hours Sunday every week for the whole 3 three years plus any spare days I could get, yet still only just missed out on the top grade (1st class hons).

I loved Club Mac!!! Head over to the bar Kevin! Do they still do heads/tails or odds/evens? If so turn up regularly and tails never fails for the regulars

What about the Pie Chips and Gravy for $2? I loved Uni...

Nowhere else could you walk around in thongs, boxer shorts and a singlet (footy jersey in winter) and still blend in
