That only works if they drive on the wrong side too (I was there last year and I don't think they do).

Unless I'm mistaken the cameras also face the way the car is heading, not the way it's coming from. Hence they take a photo of the rear plate, not the front.

In this case the camera is facing the wrong way (although it could be printed wrong I suppose).

My best guess is Canada....although Snopes doesn't seem to know exactly: http://www.snopes.com/photos/automobiles/radar.asp

The camera is made in Germany: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robot_camera

Gold!!!

Maybe if you spotted one you could pay some kid to drop a bag of 3 day old green pongy prawns (innocently) in said sulo bin...

:kuda: :kuda: :kuda:

And/or point it out to a less fortunate resident as a 'thoughtful neighbour' and recommend they swap it for their clapped out lidless one ....

there's a padlock on the lid. a molotov cocktail would make short work of the whole thing though.
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

if you have a ute, why not just put it on the tray and take it...
I'd like a speed camera as a artist sculpture in my house :D

Was talking to a mate today who drives a 'certain refuse disposal Co' rubbish truck.
He reckon's he'd happily search and destroy["accidentally" pick up and shake violently with grab truck arm] these even if one were located in another suburb to 'bin day'.

What a kind hearted , community minded soul
