go to a wrecker and buy a second hand fender and chop it up as to not destroy the origional

I'm with Gazza.
You won't find an aftermarket one (I think) and will need to make your own mods.
So if you don't want to risk screwing up the one you have - grab another.

And if you're going to cut it down, you can get a slightly damaged one for less $, too. That's what we did with my son's FZR250; the original fender was the size of a wheelie bin lid.

yeah buy another and cut it up
can post a pic of mine if you want to see what it looks like the way i did it
also i would suggest getting the indicators up next to the brake lights so look at ebay america/japan for the lenses or if you want you could get front and rear smokes lenses that way it all matches which i thought about doing

always thought changing back to the factory indicators next to the brake light was a defect!!

pretty sure it is, something about them being too close together.
Doesntr matter now though, my bike now lies in many pieces at the smash repairer awaiting an assessor to write it off due to an unfortunate highside.
managed to escape with very minor injuries, a bit sore but nothing serious.
