Some interesting changes regarding aircraft kerosine will be taking place from 1 January 2009....

(OK, I'll call it AvGas 'coz it sounds so much cooler.... )

Ok so the man is in fact human (don't tell anyone!! :kuda: )

Unless you work in the aviation industry most people would easily be mislead by A1 Aviation fuel (turbine) aka highly refined kero as compared to what he meant as in Aviation 100 AKA 'AVGAS' 100 RON aircraft 4 cycle engine fuel.

Anything else ?????? lurk.gif

Nice work boys !! this just gets better and better !!    definite contender for Thread of the Year !

Al - glad you found the balls to identify yourself..... Admitting you are an arsehole is the first step in the long road to recovery !!

aaah yes the old 'aircraft kerosine' - you jumped on that like a fat cop on a donut over at Kawiriders as well didn't you ? Even with my explanation of the issue over there, you still can't get over it ? Get a life. FWIW, my local crew have had a standing joke about *aircraft kero* now for >20 years - but of course you wouldn't know this would you - and no explanation will make a difference - its the *only* thing you can really hang your pissant hat on isn't it !

Talking about tappets - how many pm's did you send the mods there, demanding apologies from a few members (including myself) because we DARED to disagree with your opinion about tappets ?? That whole thread turned to shit because you carried on like a pork chop - in exactly the same way as you are doing here.........But this place ain't Kawiriders mate - here you actually have to earn credibility - not just spout off a whole lot of bullshit advice to make yourself sound like a legend.....(and telling this forum that there is not enough oxygen at Charlottes Pass was an *extremely* poor start for your credibility here ! )

Why are you simply unable to accept that when you are wrong, you are wrong ?? I did, it was dead easy. You should try it sometime !! Lets start with your classic "....lets knife-blade the crank journals..."   You idiot !!! You should listen to Isle of Ninja he actually knows what he is talking about when it comes to performance bike motors. Unlike yourself, who is still stuck in the fuckin' 70's with simply a vague knowledge of *go-fast* words that make you appear to know what you are talking about.......the rest of us here ( who actually live breath eat sleep and shit motorcyles) can see right through your bullshit !!!

But I have to say - for a grumpy old diesel mechanic from Gympie, your ability to use a keyboard and string 2 words together is rather spectacular ! Well done. Now go and have a Bex and long lie down - all this action on the forum must be hell for your angina.
(BTW congratulations on making an old red 6 sing like a bitch in 1974 !! Fantastic work !! )

In what will probably come as a huge surprise to you - I was up at Charlottes Pass a few weeks ago, seemed to be plenty of oxygen up around there !!        and nobody re-jetting their bikes either - even the old Zeddies which were *flying* up on those mountain roads..... :kuda: :kuda:

Here's some good advice - Stop taking things so seriously old man. Forums are full of people who are way smarter than you, who have been riding for fucking decades, and who really enjoy getting a rise out of some retarded old spastic who hasn't been inside a flange for 30 fucking years.

For the benefit of all the regular crew here, I have to state that Allan made a complete tool of himself over at Kawiriders, over several 'mechanical' threads and eventually, he unreservedly apologised to the entire forum for being a fuckwit. Perhaps some pressure was applied by the mods over there ?? ;)

He has also accused me (incorrectly, and continues to do so) of doing a whole lot of shit to Brucey's little Ninja - all from the comfort of his toilet seat in Gympie, apparently he could tell how many times the bike was bump-started down Brucey's driveway, what the problems were, and how to fix them. He was wrong on every account, and the little Ninja was fixed pretty easily once it made its way to the 4th.

I honestly believe that Allan has a *real* problem with other people who offer mechanical advice and assistance, as he believes that his opinion and experience in bikes ( and basically any engine ever created on Gods green earth), is not just an 'opinion' , but *The Truth, the Whole Truth, and Nothing But the Truth* - in other words, disagree with the cranky old cunt, and you will be chased across the ethernet and ridiculed.....maybe it was the fact that people were happy with advice and assistance from someone *other* than Allan, in actually getting a broken bike working again ?? Fucked if I know, but he sure as hell carries on with a whole lot of bullshit about what did and didn't happen to Brucey's bike !! Strika !!!! Its all your fault !!!!!

Its all about 'style' Allan - and you just don't have the style, do ya.......chickenshit......

While we're at it, I read all those threads over at Kawariders and have come to the conclusion that Allan is either a touchy, overly sensitive, cranky old fart who takes himself far too seriously and never got over the school playground "he started it" OR he's deliberately stalking Gos and trolling the forum trying to get a reaction.

If it's the former then he can shut the fuck up and stop taking himself so seriously, it's only the internet, let it go and get a life.

If it's the latter then he can shut the fuck up and go play somewhere else.

Either way Allan, just in case you didn't pick up on the subtlety, shut the fuck up :kuda:

Yes I agree you are still a fuckwit!

Talking about tappets - how many pm's did you send the mods there, demanding apologies from a few members (including myself) because we DARED to disagree with your opinion about tappets ?? I have never heard of you what is your credibility apart from a few halfwits that think you are funny

Why are you simply unable to accept that when you are wrong, you are wrong ?? I did, it was dead easy. You should try it sometime !! Lets start with your classic "....lets knife-blade the crank journals..."   You idiot !!! You would not have a fucking clue on what makes an engine go mate That is obvious by your comments! As is it with your mate who just agreed with what I said!

Fantastic work !! )

I don't live anywhere near Gympie. I have a bigger and stronger heart than you will ever dream of peaheart!!! Yeah thanks for that not many people could build a red as you call them that stayed together at over 8000 rpm for many years of service. Oh yeah unlike Canberra BEX is no longer available in any other state along with Vincents, porn, fireworks etc etc.....

Its a lovely place I worked there as a mechanic in the village for several years back in the 80's. The air was always fresh there.

Here's some good advice - Stop taking things so seriously old man. Forums are full of people who are way smarter than you, who have been riding for fucking decades, and who really enjoy getting a rise out of some retarded old spastic who hasn't been inside a flange for 30 fucking years.

You are so wrong it is funny I am well into my 4th decade of riding. I have an IQ Average of 147 so I don't believe that rates even close to being retarded. I have no bodily or mental disfunctions nor do I suffer from spasms so that rules out "spastic". Flange well if you are talking sexual again you are so wrong it is funny so I can see why you are laughing. For a bloke that comes up with all these conditions It would seem you are well versed in all. But don't worry goose all good things come to those who wait, you will get a root one day mate, in the mean while just keep doing what you have obviously been doing for a very long long time mate.

For the benefit of all the regular crew here, I have to state that Allan made a complete tool of himself over at Kawiriders, over several 'mechanical' threads and eventually, he unreservedly apologised to the entire forum for being a fuckwit. Perhaps some pressure was applied by the mods over there ?? ;)

You need a back up crew to pick on a 'spastic retarded old cunt with an angina problem" who is a chickenshit??? Who is chickenshit now dungpuncher?? I only apologised to people I wanted to. It is good to see you still "don't" let bullshit get in the way of a good yarn not..

Mate you are a complete goose I would not let you touch my Victa as you would fuck the valve timing in it!!! You just fucked up mate live with it!!!

Brucey's bike is sure stuck in your throat eh!!! That is because you fucked it. Don't sweat mate it is going again you fucked it but it is better now!

Its all about 'style' Allan - and you just don't have the style, do ya.......chickenshit......

Style??? mate you have as much style as a hobo in a fifty cent suit!!! Chickenshit is a fighting word are you sure you want to go there??? Spineless....

Hey FONC,

His credibility is that I'd let him work on my bike, or take his advice about most things EVERYTIME over someone like yourself. Not only has Gos demonstrated he know's his stuff, but he's earnt the respect when it comes to that knowledge and advice.

Funny thing about you, is you don't even realise you're making yourself look like a douche. Suck it up princess, get the fuck over it. You were wrong.

Now that wasn't hard was it.

I worked in the aviation industry for 10 years disassembling and assembling piston aircraft engines for Hawker Pacific. Lycoming and Continentals. Yeah another one for you to have a go at. I also did all the NDT work(DPI + MPI) on engine cases and all reciprocating engine parts. Overhauled both carb and fuel injection systems. Tested all engines on a mobile test rig.

JETA-1(Av-TUR) can not be mistaken for Av-GAS! For such a big head racer that would be a big mistake to mix these up! They are easily Identified by colour! But even a blind person could easily identify both by odour!
