Dammit. I suppose that race standard might be a little better than the other two. Although not neccessarily. If only the damn things weren't so ugly. Maybe I can get one of each

? Wait... How much would it be to get my rear suspension serviced??? Getting the RST + suspension might be the option! *Goes to do more secretive planning* And to find out which racing body approved them as "tri-comp"...

Here's my 2 bobs worth -
Currently have a KBC VR-2 and can honestly say it is shite! Noisy, seems to suck bugs in when riding at 80Ks plus and leaves me with a sore/stiff neck if I ride more than an hour. Visor constantly fogs in cold weather, on humid days or if its raining. Has also been known to leak when raining...Fits great and very easy to change the visor over. I've had it for 6 months and am looking to replace it.
Previously had an AGV GP-Pro. Was great; light weight, reasonably quiet, the standard visor was easy to remove/install was a bit of a chore to install the aftermarket tinted visor. No fogging problems and I could wear it all day without a problem.
The Helmet Warehouse currently has them for $500 with a free tinted visor and previously they have been prepared to haggle. I'll be headed their way next time I'm in Sydney.

i just bought a Shark RSI, was about $480, i tried 4 different brands and shark was the best fitting by far, i guess it kinda depends on the shape of your head, i did alot of horse riding so i know how comfy (or uncomftable) a helmet can be, but i'm pretty stoked with mine, i even chose the shark over the shoei, and saved myself a good $400 in the process. The shark was also the lightest too, and also had carbon fiber on teh outside and the inside, but i reckon you should try a few different on, no point getting one that's goona be uncomftable.

well i bought it a few weeks ago now, but i've been wearing it around the house (stupid i know) to get it to mould to my face abit better, hasnt given me neck pains or anything. the AGV i tried was alright, but again the Shark just seemed to fit alot better. pretty happy with my purchase

, oh i got the dark visor too, only problem i'm having with the Shark is pressing the button to release the visors, but i'm weak

I bought a KBC VR-2 too, just as a trackday lid, and I agree, it sucks arse. I was so disappointed when I had a little lay down at turn 7 that I didn't put a mark on it ... I nearly took it off and ground it against the wall just to have an excuse to replace it

. Needless to say I now wear my Shoei road lid at the track and love it.
