KANEG / Sawdust Hotel - KSRC Summer Photo Competition for 2009

With great prizes on offer.

Yes, its on again, its time for the 08/09 summer photo comp, proudly sponsored by KANEG Motorcycle Accessories (http://www.kaneg.com.au) and the Sawdust Hotel (http://www.thesawdust.com.au)

The rules are the same as last year.
1. Image must contain at least one, or part of, a Kawasaki Sportsbike of any era, extra points for a KSRC logo in the pic.
2. Image to be scaled down to a reasonable size so as not to be offensive to either the server or those on dialup accounts.
3. Photoshop and other editing allowed, this is not about purist photography more about creating an image you can be proud of. (please keep it to a minimum though)
4. As many entries as you like, but they must be taken from this date forward. Just put up your best, not your whole collection from the past 20 years.
5. The thread will be closed for entries from midnight 10th March (after P.I. Supers) 2009. Any received after this time will be invalid
6. The winner will be voted for over the following two weeks by all registered users. Those receiving the most accolades will be the winner.

All non complying pics will be removed.
Please keep chat and non photo posts to minimum and do not quote posts with photos...

1st - Kanegs new Trailermate (pic below) - Great for your trailer or your parking spot in the garage.
2nd - Kaneg front or rear stand.
3rd - Cap or Beanie

Funniest / Craziest / Most embarrassing photo

Photo does not have to have a bike in it, but must contain a KSRC member or partner or be taken at a KSRC get together / Ride / Tour... (any embarrasing pics of the Admin may be removed.. )

The prize for this will be dinner and drinks for the winner and 4 (yes 4) others. Now, to share the luv, we have decided it would be good if the 4 friends were also KSRC members (partners are OK if they are not KSRC members).
Greg from the Sawdust has made the allowance for the night such that it will be a GOOD NIGHT.. I will say no more.

BTW, entries are open to everyone and if the winner is not from NSW or is too far away and doesn't think they will use it, we'll try and work something out.... or I'll just have it..

Edit: Damn colour conversion...sometimes i hate photoshop...

Edit2: does the website do any processing on images when they are uploaded? seems to have lightened my image, but i compensated for that by making a bit darker
