first oil & filter change

will be doing my first oil & filter change on the zzr this weekend.
would just like to know what the best oil would be for my bike.
its a 2004 modle zzr600
any imput would be greatly appreciated.

I tend to use a semi Motul 5100 or full synthetic 7100

Motul 5100 for sure for your bike.

well

first oil & filter change was a succes with minimal complications.

only had to take off the oil cooler but the bracket that the oil cooler bolts to was a bit of a pain.

but easy as. :D :D :D :D :D

You CAN do it without taking the oil cooler off, does make it shitloads easier though.
