me and the advise members gave me

Hey guy's i'm back and i did go get professional help , through counselling and through help with family, and i have shown improvement since the break i got from everyone and the site , and i have been told that by other friends and family.
I have actually made friends with other riders and other motorcycle club's and have not shown any sign's of my bad behavior from before , the professional help did it and i'm feeling alot better. I just want to say thank you to all for the advice you gave to me to do, i did take it onboard . cheers brendan
