Wots going on here!!!
I understand the annoyance of pulling your helmet off and displacing your earphones- very annoying when you have them in the perfect spot! But, as previously said, pulling gear on and off is all part of riding.
I understand you feeling discriminated against, as others can enter the servo with their faces covered. But, as previously said, we as riders are discriminated against in many ways.
I also understand the fear that the servo attendant must feel when someone comes in with their face covered. It is a shame that people need to categorise us, but in the past there have been enough servos robbed by helmet wearing thiefs to warrant this stipulation.
If you feel strongly enough on the issue make a stand. Write letters (servo management explaining the perceived discrimination , AMCN, etc), go to a servo that does not request you remove your helmet (are there any?)
I have boycotted a local servo to make a point. I am sure that the lack of my business after being a customer for 20 years has not made a difference to their profit margin but gosh it felt good giving that guy a spray!!!
I can see both points of view, except for this one! I'm boycotting the forum! .....
