NE1 as its a 91 mod 8)

Nup, its NE2... 90 to 95 (and then some.. ;) ).. so you and Paul are in the same Class NE2 formula 2 - 250 to 600...
even if its the same as the 89 model (which it may be) its still NE2 as upside downs forks are not allowed in NE1..

and congrats Rob, thats a tidy bit of kit...

and a side note, flatslides on the 400's are not allowed in NSW RR champs but as thats T O'neal it shouldn't bother ya.. :-)
Cause yep I did consider it myself... finances aren't what they use to be atm..

Awesome news Rob, you must be stoked. I know you've wanted one of these for ages so it's good to see you've got a good one. Sorry to hear the 10 has gone, but I suppose there's only so many spots in the garage, hey.

Arr Tim that is only Terry's series & he sux big hairy balls so it does not matter.
Here are the current rules for the formula 400 series:

Carburetion
“If it comes with it, it goes with it”. If you have an SP engine that is fitted as standard with flat slides, then you may run flat slides. If you have an engine that comes as standard with CV carburetors, you must run CV carburetors.

& what is available race wise not including PCRA rounds:

Formula 400’s, have a record 17 race meetings on offer from 4 different Promoters. With a newly re-surfaced Wakefield Park and the introduction of Broadford in Victoria and Warwick in Queensland, the hugely contested Tri-State Series will be again up for grabs. St George MCC will be running a clubman series consisting of 3 sprint rounds and 1 endurance round.

Mate have you checked out http://www.400racing.com Australian racing Info is available there including the current rules :D
