Different dyno's will read different figures. So what 180 is on one dyno might be 150 on another. If you're chasing HP, use a reputed *high reading* dyno. That'll ensure you win the bet.

And i've got a 12 inch dick!

Just like most males, the manufacturers quoted numbers are more often than not, a little optimistic!!!!

that 'ram-air' figure was only a guesstimate. Its *impossible* to obtain a true hp figure for any bike fitted with ram-air, when its sitting on a stationary dyno-bed. The best you can get is a non ram-air figure, and depending on the dyno, how it is set up, and the 'correction' figures punched into it on the day, dyno figures for any ZX12R can vary between 150hp and 180hp at the back wheel, regardless of mods. Any dyno operator can set up any dyno to obtain whatever figure you want to achieve.*

The only way that a *dinkum* ram-air reading could be obtained, is if the dyno was set up in a wind tunnel, with an air stream flowing at 300kmh. This is how the true effect of ram-air could be measured.

Everything else is just pissing up a rope, and in Strika's case, thats using a 12" dick, so he is already 8" ahead of most punters here, but still half an inch behind DonutMan !!

* Check any Gixxer thou dynoe'd on Phil Taintons dyno. There is a K6 up here that apparently has over 200hp at the back wheel.......   - ridden on the street every day, I have heard it running and it has pretty soft cams in it, even the owner reckons it was done on the happiest dyno in the land on the happiest day of the year in fucking Happyland !!!

Both my 12s have 178. '05 with full Micron, PCIII and BMC's. '00 with full Yoshi, PCIII and K&N's.
Both on LAE dyno which is NOT optomistic
I am guessing a stock one would put out 160 at least.

And there was a guy here on a Gixxer boasting 300+ speeds, ends up that was on the dyno too  , on the road it wouldnt pull the skin off a cold custard.

Just because you can ride, doesnt mean you should. My reason on this earth is an example to others what NOT to do.
