I am a personal trainer so i do lots. mostly Olympic lifts but pretty much i'll do anything. twice a day 5-6 days a week

walking to work and back thats all the exercise for me.
Does any one know anything about mixed martial arts MMA, I'm really interested in that but just don't know where to start. I looked up places in the gong and all I found was this place called KMA but it just seems like a kids training thing.
Any one on here that do that sort of thing? Got any tips? pointers?

I finally started on my exercise regime this week.............

i broke up with Chloe abt 6 weeks ago...
i look shitloads thinner and every one is commenting how much weight ive lost....
so i went the gym tuesday ... weighed in.. im only 2kg lighter than when i was "fat"...
must of lost a lot of muscle mass!!
