Searching for a GPX750 manual

Hi,
I've reposted this request in this forum in the hope that someone can help me

I've just purchased and got on the road an old 87 GPX750R - It's a grey import.

Now I'm trying to get hold of a soft copy of the service manual.

To date I've obtained the following:

gpx750_parts_manual.pdf - Full parts list
gpx750_service_ch1.pdf - General information
gpx750_service_ch10.pdf - Final Drive
gpx750_service_ch11.pdf - Brakes
gpx750_service_ch12.pdf - Suspension
gpx750_service_ch13.pdf - Steering

I've also managed to locate a full copy of the service manual unfortunately however it's in German
I'm happy to upload these english versions to you but am concerned about the size (12MB)

I've searched these forums without success. If anyone can provide either a full soft copy in English or the missing chapters, I'd be most appreciative

Alternatively, is there anyone in Brisbane prepared to lend me a copy so I can scan it?

G'day Bicter and welcome to KSRC. I don't have a manual, and my search hasn't revealed anything on the web, sorry. There's a few guys and gals here who have, or have had, a GPX750 and I'm sure they'll be able to help you out with specifics - perhaps introduce yourself and post some pics of your new toy (you'll often get a better response when people don't think you've joined up just to get a free manual!)

I have had one guy PM me twice in the last month for a ZZR600 manual , and he hasn't posted once...yet .

...and I'm yet to post him the manual...not looking good.

Thanks for that. I've already offered the admin to upload those manual chapters listed and am waitingfor him to send me the ftp details
I'm still coming to terms with this bike after being off them for so long.... when i've got something positive to add, you can be sure I'll be posting

i had one of these beasties for a while, as did smitty, is there anything your wondering about (in case you cant get the manual?) btw you can get manuals for it from pitstop.net.au. having a paper manual in front of you is worth far more than a pdf, hell of a lot easier to refer to it working on the bike.

That's why someone invented printers mate .

I find it easier to print out the specific four or five pages (or whatever) I need, get them covered in grease/dirt/oil whatever and then just ditch them when I'm finished.

not everyone has access to laser printers (all i can say is thank god i got one recently, i dont need colour and the printout times on these inkjets that you seemingly could ONLY get in colour was maddening) and not all pdf's are of high quality, some are for lack of a better word "shithouse" with their images being more than useless in that you waste time trying to interpret them.
