Lube V's Wax ?

I've tried most of them and Belray Super Clean Chain wax is the lube of choice. No fling, No build up, and goes on white so u can see haow much u have applied.

Supa stuff.

Does Kero come in a can, like to spray on ?

Use an air compressor & spray gun then

one tip re chain lube/wax/oil/whatever

please put it on the INSIDE of the chain
you know..the bit that touchs the cogs/gears
this helps you see

putting it on the OUTSIDE of the chain means
little lubrication and lots of chain lube being flung off

I once wrote an e-mail to Shell regarding the Shell Advance chain lube as a letter of complaint stating that I was not happy with their product in that more of it remained upon my rims, ducktail and pants than on the chain.
Their response was " We are sorry that you do not find our product to be adequate to your needs and we hope that one day in the future you will again try our products again as we are constantly refining them. We thank you for your comments but we have trialled and evaluated this product in the marketplace and attained satisfactory results"
So apparently the common motorcyclist they evaluated was happy to have to clean all this muck off they're bike and re-apply it regularly.

mmm yeh, I bought a can from bike shop in Albury late last year due to limited choice, and not impressed to say the leasT!! I thought it was crap. Definately more lube everywhere else - except for the chain!!

previous to that I used silkolene; it sprays on white, and i thought it seemed to set better than others, with little 'fling off'? bike shop I went to last week didn't have it tho, so I bought can of Motul, as it seems to be a popular choice used by many.

Chain Lube penetrates to inner rollers and pins and resists high speed fling off providing long-term lubrication and keeping your bike cleaner. l use the Fuchs Silkolene lube as well, no fling and seems to stay lubed for a long time.

Today I just lubed my chain by spraying it with engine degresser then hosed it down and dryed it with rag, may off used some WD-40.. and then sprayed heaps of Motul chain lube (Road) on.. It all got on my wheel and tire but cleaned it off.. Have I done wrong??? It was my first time.(newb alert) Sounds like I should get some of thus kero type product and maybe one of those lamps to. REally wanted WAX just thought lube was the same but seems abit straight edge to me. Plus does your head in spraying all that stuff on spechially when it blows back in your face and burns you nostrals///

wax is for candles, and just as it accumalates in runny little piles after melting thats what happens when its used on a chain just not as severe and a royal beiotch to clean off after several applications.
