maybe u can take it one step per day.

Day 1: try to stop drinking for 1 hour for the first day.
Day 2: be adventerous, try walking to the front door.
Day 3: Call 12455 and chat to an operator. See if she/he understands u
Day 4: Taking wallets out of back pockets can be good excerise for the wrist. (then again, i'm sure ur wrist is pretty strong from all the practice it gets )

On the fifth day try all of the above in sequense.
