Oh, right. Well, no matter what I eat, my weight pretty much remains the same, so i don't bother.

When not interstate i go to the Gym 2-4 times a week, lots of cardio to help get rid of a bit of a stomach. light weights and lots of stretches and the basics (chinups, pushups, situps, crunches, and that weird thing you do to strengthen the core stomch muscles, straight back, on the elbows & toes as long as you can.)
Getting better, used to be stuffed after 15 pushups, now (after warming up) i can just squeeze out a hundred (sets of 20 with a 30-60 second break between sets) before i collapse in a writhing heap of agony.

I dont do enough, I got into a really bad habit last year of eating crap food and not doing nearly enough exercise and I payed for it in the mirror. Since xmas I have been eating a lot better and doing a bit of exercise, I was going to the gym for a bit but now I am just walking most mornings before work and some evenings, and doing laps of the Sandgate pool while my young fella has swimming lessons. I went to boxing for the first time Thurs before last but it was cancelled last week so I will see if they are doing it again this week. That was pretty intense but good fun. I would love to play indoor soccer again, that is a really good one to keep the fitness up and burn the calories.

Gym 4-5 times per week. Alternate cardio and weights in the RACV Club gym (except the last few months when it's been all cardio).
I've lost about 16kg since last May. I can do 9.2km on the treadmill at 14km/h on level 3 incline interval profile in 40 mins, whereas before I was stuffed after 6km on the flat. I also alternate 40 minutes cardio on the crosstrainer (8.3km on level 20 intervals) and the bike (21.3km on level 12 intervals).
Hard yakka, but it's worth it, and Jase's theory about getting rid of the demons is partially correct, I go harder for longer when I'm pissed off

.
