all i done was used some rounghish sand paper 80grit and just roughed up the paint didnt take it all off then gave it a nice coat of primer,,,,let that dry,,,, then a very light coat of black,,,,, then sanded the primer flat using the light black coat as my guide of the low spots in th primer so it was all even,,, then i gave it a coat of black then the lime green.
i used pre pressure packed cans purchased from super cheap auto lolz for $3 a can hahaha very easy to do although was pretty time consuming lolz its not exactly kwaka green although its pretty damb close lolz
cheers Tim
Yeah, i used this technique to spray th plastic bumpers of a ford laser once. I used spray packs aswel, they can do a good job. The biggest trick when painting plastic, is to use a plastic primer, and do about 8 really thin coats rather than 2-3 thick coats, as the paint tends to disperse on the surface when sprayed on too thick. Finish off with a super light sand with wet and dry sandpaper, and about 4 thin clear coats.

Save your money. Once you're off your restrictions, I can guarantee you'll want a bigger bike. Especially if you decide to ride with the Hardcore guys. Some real talented riders there.
