Undertail for 04 ZX636R

Thu Jan 17, 2008 6:35 am

Here's my latest purchase from Ebay. Its on its way and cost me around $150 NZD delivered (so about $20 AUD total  ). I thought about the integrated tail piece for my bike as opposed to this but I like the thought of the indicators being separated from the brake/tail lights. I may end up getting the integrated taillight at some stage as well but for the moment I reckon this looks pretty pimp. When it arrives and I install it I will take photos for ya'all :D

thats the standard under tail still neka...i just couldn't wait to get rid of the big black tail piece so took it off and temporarily installed the indicators as per the pic. The new under tail that is in the first pic does have indicators...thats why I'm getting it - to get rid of the 'balls.' :-)

Your a smart cookie Neka! :D

I need to get a custom can now...anyone have any ideas where/what I should install? I luuuurv the racefit look, small diameter, carbon stubbie type mounted low by the swingarm but they don't do one for the ZX6R I don't think...and there too expensive anyways. Does anyone know where I can look for one? I have a mate over here who will make me a custom stainless steel one but I'm not sure yet (he does it for a living ss fabricator)...just looking around for ideas.

im a big fan of the latest craze of shorty cans....

find a cheap or 2nd hand yoshi or micron or the like, cut abt 4 inches off it, and they look awesome...

yeh I've been scouring the ebay sites too but the freight is prohibitive to UNZud usually. I'll probably find one over here somewhere. I don't think I could bring myself to cut down a new 'branded' pipe.
