Where can I get one from, if I can at all?
Haven't had any success online so far, so if you know of one please let me know!
My 2nd guess would be a bike shop, would they have one?

I could be wrong, but as I understand it the ZX-2R and the ZXR250 are quite simillar ? If so, you may want to download the ZX-2R manual from
here
Warning though, the file is 56 Mb

Yeah as far as i know they are the same, just a gimmiky name to match the zx-6r etc from the same years.
I had a look in the files section, I couldn't spy it anywhere, dunno how I missed it!
I got broadband so 56meg is no probs at all
Ta muchly!
Edit: Cause the ksrc-au page doesn't link to the /manual/ section as far as i can see, I looked in the tech/files/whatever section and there was only 3 pdf files there.

I'll check my work PC, as I'm sure Jordanius gave me the ZX2R manual... I work with him, so if I can't find it I'll ask him, and get back to you.
I had the manual issued with the bike, which I bought from someone at work who's father works at PS. But I sold it on ebay for $10 a few months back.

That's to keep the bandwidth usage down - only special people get to know about it
As well as the fact that if they were on the site they'd pop up in search engines and everyone would be downloading them (using our bandwidth), there's also the fact that there are possible copyright issues - so it's kept on the down-low
