been good for the aussies so far, roberts and atcho 1-2 in superstock and bayliss and corser on the wsbk podium first up, lets hope parkes and westy keep the trend going :wink:

Poor old Broc, gutted for him. West was brilliant and spectacular, how he held on I'll never know.
Nice to see Corser back on the box. Shame Brookes chucked it after riding so impressively. Solid rides by Regis and Fabien.

What about Westy in the Super Sports??? That guy has webbed feet ...he is coming 7th in the series after only two rides... :shock:

Yes West won it by miles. The contracts should come now for next year. He is still 12th or 13th i think in the 250s.

Hmm i wonder what he will do next year then? Is he contracted for next year yet? I would love to see him on world superbikes! Im sure he would rather get onto a better 250 ride though as a better stepping stone to motogp.

I remember he was offered a ride in Supersport a couple of years ago, but said he didn't want to go backwards, that the GP's was a far better place to be. I wonder if the years of struggling around might now have changed his opinion
