Looks a bit dodgy to me. You wouldn't expect to see non-insulated crimp connectors on something decent.

Ask him where he got it from,my bet is that someone is making them up (him) and at a guess I'd say it would override the rev limiter or something simple like that.

Sorry,I forgot to say that as it's for a H*%^# it probably would blow,even a Kawasaki.
