On a serious note, have a chat to him let him know you are not that happy and work it out without burning any bridges

If you're nervous about talking to him, mention something like you looking for another job. Sometimes this is all it needs for your boss to realise your worth and get a payrise. But you need to be serious about looking....if you tell him tupperware....not sure how serious he'd take it. Its more of a parttime job - weekends and such

mate i threatened to quit my job and got a $500 cash bonus and a pay rise.... only cos i told em i was looking to further my career blah blah...

dont piss em off... and theres no $$ in tupperware, avon, all that shit (i watched my mum do it..seriously what a waste of effort)...

No offense, but I find it funny that you're considering leaving a job for tupperware!

My lady friend has a friend who sells the crapola. I dont see how you couldn't manage to do the two at once.

If money is an issue, go talk to the boss. He may up it a little to keep you on.
