Ouch. No good mate (to state the bleeding obvious). A mate of mine did his AC joint a couple of years ago when we were out in the bush on dirt bikes. He had this weird lump thing on his shoulder that looked like a second head or an alien was going to pop out. That was our initial diagnosis anyway
